Choosing Coach Cedric to coach our sons has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for their basketball development. He is an incredible coach who truly cares about his players, not just as athletes, but as young men. While he does an amazing job developing their basketball skills and basketball IQ on the court, his impact goes way beyond the game. He uses the sport to teach invaluable life lessons, preparing these boys for real world situations and helping them grow into confident, responsible individuals. We were so fortunate to come across CR Skills Training Foundation. Both Coach Cedric and Karina are a joy for the kids to be around — they are genuine, good-hearted people. Coach Cedric skillfully navigates all skill levels during sessions and tailors his approach to each athlete’s individual needs. All the coaches are passionate and truly want what’s best for the kids. We first met Coach Cedric through our son's school basketball team, and from the very beginning, it was clear how much he genuinely cared about each player. One thing that stood out to us was how he always believed

in our son, even during moments when others may not have. There were times when our son would be

benched, and Coach Cedric would encourage him, stand up for him, remind him, and others of the potential

he saw in him.​

One moment that really stayed with us was when our son made a mistake during a game that ultimately cost the team the win. Instead of criticizing or embarrassing him, Coach Cedric pulled him aside and used it as a teaching moment. He calmly explained what he could have done differently, offered guidance, and, most importantly, reminded him not to let one mistake define him. He motivated him to keep working hard, learn from the experience, and come back even stronger.

Coach Cedric has an incredible balance of discipline and motivation. He holds every player accountable while also building their confidence and helping them grow, not only as athletes but as young individuals. He creates an environment where kids feel supported, challenged, and inspired to be their best.

We are truly grateful for everything Coach Cedric and Karina do for the kids. Their dedication, encouragement, and commitment go far beyond basketball. The positive impact they have on these young athletes and their families is something that will be remembered for years to come. We sincerely appreciate all they do and feel blessed to have them as part of our son's journey.
